Since 1941, our mission has been to provide the wood processing sector with high-quality hardwood sourced from our region. Based in Southern Germany, we procure and process over 45,000 cubic meters of wood annually. Our clientele reflects the breadth of our product portfolio, encompassing businesses worldwide in timber trading, cooperage, musical instrument crafting, parquet flooring, furniture manufacturing, large-scale staircase production, and solid wood processing. With an inventory boasting over 20 different hardwood varieties, we cater to a diverse array of customer needs.

1941 – INCEPTION

INCEPTION

The origins of our family enterprise trace back to 1941, when Wilhelm Haeberlein acquired the sawmill in Hardthausen. Over time, founder Wilhelm and his son Manfred Haeberlein steadily expanded the facility.

2003 – EXPANSION

EXPANSION

In 2003, Häberlein GmbH was established, with Meike Haeberlein and her husband Ulrich Scheuber-Haeberlein, the third generation to take over leadership within the company. Since then, they have been driving the company's continued success.

2016 - NEW HORIZONS

NEW HORIZONS

2016 marked a significant milestone with a new office building and a larger production hall. This expansion introduced a new production line equipped with state-of-the-art machinery including a debarking system, log band saw, conveyor, and stacking system, unlocking new avenues for increased production volume and product variety.
